The pool area will provide you with Florida sunshine from breakfast through to the evening sun set.

If you want to keep away from the sun you can always use the lanai or the shade provided by the fairway trees.

The views offered of the 2nd hole of the golf course are simply stunning.

Air conditioning is naturally provided throughout the property.

A Wi-Fi internet connection is available for your use free of charge, enabling you to easily keep in touch with your loved ones at home, or even to send them pictures of your vacation. There is even a Sony Playstation (PS2)  and loads of games for younger ones. Take your IPOD too, to plug into the theatre sound system, And there is a satellite navigation available for hire to help you find everything you need with ease, including the villa.

The Disney gates are just 20 minutes away.

A very large Walmart supermarket is just beyond the gated grounds, only one minute from the villa door. Other amenities are available in the same location.
