LOCATION

The villa is located within the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club gated complex. This is situated on Highway 27.

It takes 20 minutes to drive to Disney and the route tends not to get congested like the route from Kissimmee.

The fantastic beaches of Clearwater are 60 minutes drive.

Just outside the security gates is a large 24 hour Walmart supermarket. Here you can also find banks, gas station, numerous shops, take-aways and a walk  in medical centre. The nearest major shopping mall is about 8 miles away.

Expect the journey from Orlando International Airport to take approximately 30 minutes and around 20 minutes longer from Sanford. The villa is easy to find from both airports.
