Some useful notes:

1. The US$ rates have been calculated at £1 = $1.6 Once a booking is confirmed the price in dollars or sterling is confirmed.
2. All prices include sales tax payable.
3. Please contact us for rates covering periods of more than 21 days.
4. Pool heating can be provided at £85 ($135) per week. This is recommended during October to April.
5. Stays of less than 7 nights will incur an additional £50/$85 cleaning charge. Please contact us for short term rates.
6. To confirm your booking, a deposit of £150/$250 per week (or full payment if the booking is within 56 days of departure) must be paid at the time of booking. The balance must be received by us not les than 56 days prior to departure.
7. A security deposit of £150/$250 is also required 56 days before departure.
8. The above rates include use of all linen and bathroom towels.
9. PLEASE NOTE: We will not hold any dates until the security deposit has been paid.
