The villa occupies an enviable southern
facing position on the 2nd hole of the golf course.
The gardens are well
maintained and use a sprinkler system to ensure the lawns and shrubs
remain lush.

The huge master
bedroom is on the first floor. It has a king bed and the benefit of a
large en-suite with twin vanity sinks, separate large shower, Roman tub, walk in wardrobe and ceiling fan. It also has great views over the golf
course.

The Queen room is
on the ground floor which can be ideal for those with mobility problems.
This also has an adjacent bathroom.
The other two bedrooms
are twins. They are located on the first floor and are the same size as the Queen
bedroom. They share a bathroom which is ideally positioned in between
the two rooms. |

The kitchen is
fully equipped including large oven, fridge with ice maker, freezer,
microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal unit in addition to a wide range
of small appliances.
There is a breakfast bar
with stools overlooking the entire kitchen area.
There is also a separate
utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The dining area
gives access to the covered lanai and overlooks the pool and golf course
(through the window to the left of the picture).

Whilst staying at Southern
Dunes you can use all the Country Club facilities. These include the
children's play area, swimming pools, gym, tennis courts and a lake which
can also be used for fishing
